Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term neonates admitted in NICU receiving phototherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with major congenital anomalies, hemodynamically unstable neonates, neonates on ventilator.

MeasureTime frame
To compare bilirubin level in term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia after 24 hours of aluminium foil reflector along with standard care (phototherapy) to those subjects to standard care (phototherapy) alone.Timepoint: 24 hours

MeasureTime frame
To compare the bilirubin levels in both groups every 24 hours after day 1 to till completion of phototherapy.Timepoint: 24 hours;To compare the duration of phototherapy between the two groups.Timepoint: 24 hours
