Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed/confirmed after thorough examination as having Parikartika 2. Patients of either sex religion and irrespective of demographic data 3. Controlled case of hypertension and diabetes mellitus 4. Patients who are willing and able to participate in study 5. Patients who are willing and able to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Parikartika secondary to Crohns disease ulcerative colitis syphilis tuberculosis will be excluded 2. Patients having anal or perianal cancer 3. Patients with positive viral markers 4. Fissures in ano associated with piles fistula in ano 5. Uncontrolled case of Diabetes mellitus Hypertension or any other condition in which the investigator thinks may jeopardies the study
