Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants with unilateral trapezitis 2) Pain score more than 5, according to numerical pain rating scale. 3) Participants experiencing pain since 1 to 3 months 4) Minimum 4-5 hours of working per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Mechnaical neck pain 2) Patient on medication 3) Congenital deformities 4) Individuals with cervical spondylosis syndromes 5)Vertibrobasilary insufficiency
