Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-teaching staff with mild to moderate gingivitis / Good periodontal condition, Atleaste 18 natural teeth excluding third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-teaching with orthodontic treatment, having advanced periodontitis, smokers, pregnant, severe systemic illness, physically handicap, mental retardation, those using antibiotics, mouthwash, floss as regular oral hygiene aids and who are not willing to participate.
