Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with Cerebral Palsy who are dominantly Spastic type fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2. Children of either sex between the age group of 2 years -12years. 3. Modified Ashworth scale below grade 2 at least in one arm and one leg or both legs 4. Children able to communicate with at least one simple language 5. Gross motor function classification system level I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral palsy complicated with Recurrent infections, Epilepsy etc 2. Cerebral palsy of Dyskinesia, ataxia, other/mixed disorders and non spastic type. 3. Children unfit for Udwartana, Abhaynga, Basti and other intended Ayurveda Protocol will be excluded. 4. At the time of enrolment, if the child is found to be non-inclusive due to any underlying health condition or medication and thus not suitable for undergoing procedures or medications will be excluded. 5. Children with any known known major congenital anomalies like Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) etc will be excluded. 6. Children with any known acute or chronic infections or any other systemic illnesses will be excluded 7. Any medication/therapy for spastic cerebral palsy for last 1 month. Or received an injection of antispastic medicine within last 3 months or has undergone surgery.
