Intervention1: Ultrasound guided double injection separate common peroneal and tibial nerve block: Drug - Mixture of Inj Lignocaine 1.5% with adrenaline 5 mcgs/ml 7.5 ml and Inj Buprenorphine 150 mcgs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA-I, II & III physical status Undergoing ankle & foot surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to local anesthetics Blood coagulopathy Pregnancy Neuromuscular disease Moderate and severe Neuropathy according to Toronto clinical scoring system (9+)
