Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly Population (Age�60 year) both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mini-mental state examination scale â�¤ 24. Elderly subjects with known history of musculoskeletal condition that effects balance / reach. Any neurological condition, vestibular problems, visual problems that affects balance. Any inability to raise arm to 90�° flexion and abduction.
