Intervention1: Cognitive-Motor Training Program: Cognitive training will be administered with a mobile application BrainHQ. The motor training program will consist of balance and coordination exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using Montreal Cognitive Assessment scoring of 26-30 which is considered normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with neurological conditions, functional impairments, severe cognitive function disorders
