Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All voluntary egg donors giving consent to participate in the study. 2) Age 21 to 35 yrs. 3) Having at least one healthy living child. 4) AFC 10 to 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Poor ovarian reserve defined as antral follicle count (AFC) 2) BMI >30 kg/m2 3) Having following gynaecological conditions like ovarian endometriosis, Oestrogen dependent tumour like endometrial or breast carcinoma. 4) Received luteal phase GnRH agonist use for suppression 5) Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension or thyroid disorder 6) Diagnosed to be sero-positive for HIV, HBSAg, or HCV 7) Active infection of Covid 19 by RT-PCR 8) Known genetic or hereditary disease in herself or her child 9) Diagnosed haemoglobinopathy like Thalassemia or Sickle cell disease. 10) Any follicle measuring =9 mm on D2/ D3 scan.
