Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (A) Subjects under age group of 20-40 irrespective of gender (B) Satisfying diagnostic criteria (C) Perceived stress scale score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (A) Subject suffering from any other chronic mental illness like Alzheimerâ??s disease, epilepsy, dementia etc. (B) Subjects under any Psychotropic medications
