Intervention1: Exercises and electrical stimulation: Group A will be given electrical stimulation. Parameter are pulse duration - 100 microseconds, frequency - 50 Hz, intensity - tolerated by patients

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >18 years of age patients who have undergone anterior cruciate ligament surgery with knee extensor lag either unilateral or bilateral Patients with concomittant mensical and ligament injuries to knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurological disorder, Associated lower limb fractures in the same limb, Knee and hip replacement surgeries in the same limb, Tibial and femoral osteotomy in the same limb
