Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with Relapsing MS as per McDonald 2017 criteria 2.Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score ranges 0 to 4.5 3.Clinically stable or free of relapse for at least one month before study enrollment; 4.Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score more than 24; 5.Individuals who provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals not on any Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) 2. Pregnancy and lactation 3. A diagnosis of progressive forms of MS (secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS), primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) and progressive relapsing multiple sclerosis (PRMS) 4. Chronic illness like tuberculosis (TB), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and Hepatitis B & C; 5. Individuals with chronic diseases which affects the physical activities such as underlying cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac arrythmias and heart failure), stroke, severe pulmonary disease, and renal failure.
