Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy individuals 2. Age of 30-50 years with chronic periodontitis 3. Clinical attachment loss � 2 mm 4. Probing pocket depth �4 mm 5. Bleeding on probing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Periodontal surgical therapy within the last 12 months 2. Ongoing drug therapy that might have an impact on the clinical signs and symptoms of periodontitis 3. Pregnancy or nursing � Smoking or any form of tobacco use � Blood borne conditions � Use of blood thinners
