Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with T2DM visiting the hospital for the last 6months and consenting to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes

MeasureTime frame
The glycemic control based on the levels of HbA1c (%). Role of disease related factors like duration, treatment, comorbidities and sociodemographic determinants like age, gender, education, occupation, socioeconomic status in glycemic control. Successful strategies identified by conducting IDIs among patients with good glycemic control.Timepoint: At the end of the study
