Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: �Patients of both sexes in age group of 25-65 years are to be selected. �Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria(Patients suffering from Arsha who will undergo surgeries and para-surgical procedures ). �Patient who will sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Patients having unexplained severe pain before operations. �Patients who develop other complications apart from pain in post operative period even after registration. �Patients suffering from HIV and AIDS. �Pregnant woman should be excluded.
