Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years admitted with crush injury ( rhabdomyolysis) will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged less than 18 years and pregnant patients Post renal transplant recipients Patients with end stage kidney disease Patients with any chronic disease of kidney Patients with renal artery stenosis Patients with urinary tract obstruction Patients with poly trauma

MeasureTime frame
To find the strength of association between urinary biomarkers and RRI in patients with crush injury for prediction of AKITimepoint: 24 hours after hospital admission

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Length of hospital stay, complications of rhabdomyolysis, severity of AKI and requirement of RRT in AKI patients, demographic and clinical profile of patients with crush injuriesTimepoint: Above parameters will be assessed from admission to discharge from the hospital
