Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Working females (teacher) will be selected irrespective of religion. 2) Age group of 25-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Working females (teacher) having chronic illness like Diabetes, Asthma, Chronic renal failure. 2) Working females (teacher) having history of psychiatric illness like Epilepsy, Schizophrenia, etc. 3) Working females (teacher) having history of taking day sleep regularly.

MeasureTime frame
Good, poor or bad quality of sleepTimepoint: According to Pittsburgh sleep quality index, score 0 to 5 is good quality of sleep, 6 to 14 is poor quality of sleep & above 14 is bad quality of sleep for upto 8 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Any type of change in varna, utsah, trishna, kshudha, khalitya, palitya, mukhadushika, twakrukshata, sthulata, krushata and stress.Timepoint: Fair or darkness of skin, increase or decrease of utsah, increase or decrease in kshudha or trishna, quantity of khalitya and palitya, increase in no. of mukhdushika, dryness of skin, change in body weight, increase or decrease in stress level.;Effect of nidra in working women according to Ayurvedic concepts.Timepoint: varna,utsaha,trushna,kshudha,khalitya,palitya,mukhadushika,twak rukshata, sthulata or krushata,stress for 8 weeks
