Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Activity-related knee joint pain Morning stiffness =30 min History of knee pain on most days for =3 months NPRS - =4 out of 10 on an 11-point Have an android mobile phone with text message functioning and be willing to use it during the study to receive and send text messages. OA severity graded as GRADE 1,2 (KL grading)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with recent trauma, inflammatory arthritis, infective arthritis Patient had a knee joint replacement in the most painful knee Subjects with the neurological procedure and Cognitive impairment. Inability to adhere to the protocol
