Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: unilateral involvement and stage 2 adhesive capsulitis, subjects having shoulder active and passive ROM restrictions for more than 1 months between the age group of 40-60 (both male and female),minimum 50% of restrictions in abduction and external rotation of shoulder joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent history of shoulder trauma in and around shoulder joint, Rotator cuff injuries or previous surgery, any systemic inflammatory disease associated with metabolic and endocrine disease ,any Psychiatric disorders, surgery for adhesive capsulitis within the previous six months and those who are not willing for the study.
