Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients of either sex aged 18 years and above. 2-Willing and able to sign Data Disclosure consent form. 3-Patients with clinical diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: As this is cross-section study, exclusion criterias will not be applicable for this study.
