Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with strabismic amblyopia Age 3 to 12 years Visual acuity in the worse eye 0.5 LogMAR or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Amblyopia other than Strabismic amblyopia Age >12 years Unwilling to participate in the study previous history of amblyopia treatment Unable to co-operate for visual acuity/refraction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of effectiveness of two treatment outcomes at the end of six months will be measured using best corrected visual acuity, stereopsis, binocular single vision and ocular deviation as parameters for comparison.Timepoint: 6 months.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compliance to which treatment method is better will be measured between two treatment methods - binocular occlutab and eye patch. This will be done at six month.Timepoint: 6 Months—
