Inclusion criteria: Self Declared Healthy Elderly Population

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological or cardiorespiratory or musculoskeletal problems that hinders with the performance of the individual. The one who is a known case of any chronic respiratory diseases such as Tuberculosis, Lung cancer etc. The one who has recently undergone any thoracic or abdominal surgeries. who were not willing to participate Patient with oral lesions
