Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals of age 18-45 years Irrespective of gender, caste and socio-economical status. 2. At least presence of 20 natural teeth. 3. Non smokers 4. Willing for regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having any systematic disease 2. Two or more decayed teeth. 3. Those having severe gingivitis or any periodontal disease.

To study the effect of a Trijatak churna on plaque index, debris index, calculus index and oral hygiene Index. 3. To compare the effect of Nimba nyagrodh dantadhavan churna with Trijatak Churna on plaque index, debris index, calculus index and oral hygiene Index.Timepoint: 1 year
