Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically stable Group A and B COPD patients (as per GOLD guidelines 2021) without any clinical evi-dence of lower respiratory tract infection. 2) Age >18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Group C and D COPD patients. (As per GOLD guide-lines 2021) 2) Pregnant females 3) Patients with Diabetes mellitus, coronary artery dis-ease, Chronic kidney disease, other chronic lung diseas-es like ILD, Bronchial asthma, Lung cancer. 3) Other Conditions which are contraindications for spi-rometry, according to American Thoracic Society guide-lines and Bicycle ergomtry like Recent MI, Recent tho-racic,abdomimal,eye surgery, Hemoptysis of unknown origin, pneumothorax 4) Patients non-compliant to the modified diet plan dur-ing the course of study even after repeated dietary coun-sellings through phone will be excluded from the study.
