Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm neonates requiring rescue surfactant, i.e., FiO2 requirement > 0.3 on CPAP pressure of at least 6 cm H2O
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonates who require intubation in the delivery room for stabilization
