Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age - 18-30 years 2. Social runners : runners with social and competition motives 3. Companion runners : runners with social motives and low on competition motives 4. Runners practising running for - satisfaction produced, the achievement of a personal goal, physical fitness, as an interest in the sport, social interaction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness 2. Uncooperative participant 3. Any neurological abnormalities 4. Any lower extremity injury 5. Pain within three months prior to the testing 6. Having extensive prior experience with isolated joint strength training, functional balance training within last year.
