Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post menopausal syndrome Hot flushes vaginal dryness depression headache insomnia urge incontinence stress incontinence osteoporotic syndrome vasomotor symptoms irritability mood swings difficulty concentration Patient with continuous Amenorrhea for more than 12 months and having any 5 symptoms of post menopausal syndrome will be included Patients who are willing to gives specimen of blood for investigation whenever required Menopause rating scale level from 22 to 33 will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peri menopausal women Psychiatric disorder Diabetes mellitus Thyroid dysfunction Neurological disease Cardiac disease Pulmonary disease Malignancy Patient with any other serious illness Chronic renal failure

The effectiveness of siddhar yogam in the management of post menopausal syndrome will be assessed by reduction in clinical symptoms and also by using MENOPAUSE RATING SCALETimepoint: 48 days
