Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lens abnormalities where autorefraction (AR) is possible e.g. partial cataracts, subluxated lens, pseudophakia and aphakia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal pathologies e.g. Sclerocornea, corneal scarring , Visual axis opacification which preclude AR e.g. Dense cataracts, Posterior segment pathologies with poor fixation e.g. RD, PHPV, RB Optic atrophy ,Strabismus with eccentric fixation, Nystagmus, Ocular trauma

1.Mean difference between Spherical equivalent refraction (SER), sphere, cylinder and axis obtained by cycloplegic AR vs cycloplegic retinoscopy / cycloplegic subjective refraction (wherever possible). 2.Mean difference between SER, sphere and cylinder obtained by noncycloplegic AR and cycloplegic Retinoscopy.
