Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Patient with no history of systemic disease. � Patients should have mild to moderate periodontitis with pocket depth of 5mm to 7mm. � Patients with minimum of 20 teeth present and at least one pocket site with probing site with probing depth of 5mm to 7mm in each quadrant. � All patients should not have received periodontal therapy for at least 6 months prior to sample collection. � Patients who are willing to attend recall visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers and alcoholic patients. 2.Patients on any medication taken within 6months which may alter the periodontal status. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patient who are allergic to ayurvedic products.
