Intervention1: NAV- GISM NAVIGATION MODEL: Nurse led navigation among adult GI cancer patients. Control Intervention1: Control group: Gastro Intestinal cancer patients getting usual care in the system

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any Gastrointestinal cancer registered in IRCH and attendind OPD. 2.First chemotherapy not yet started. 3.Eligible for any of the 3 weekly chemotherapy regimen- CapOx, CapIri, PacliCarbo or GemOx.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 2. Patients who can not read and write Hindi or English.
