Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 patients posted for surgeries below umbilicus Age 18 years to 70 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known bleeding diathesis Neuromuscular disease Local skin infections Severe back deformities Raised intracranial pressure Severe Stenotic valvular lesions Cognitive dysfunction Pregnant patients
