Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Diagnosed cases presenting with evidence of endoscopic findings. 2- Undiagnosed cases presenting with typical symptoms of GERD ie, heartburn and regurgitation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients presenting with alarming symptoms of GERD i.e, dysphagia, odynophagia, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe anemia, severe weight loss 2-Patients suffering from other systemic disorders 3-GERD along with chronic reflux esophagitis, eosinophilic esophagitis, peptic ulcer disease, barretts esophagus, carcinoma. In such condition the patient will be referred to speciality centre for confirmation on the basis of clinical symptomatology 4- Pregnant and lactating females 5- Patients who are not willing to give informed consent 6- Patients pursuing other treatment and are not willing to leave it
