Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing short duration procedures under general anesthesia without need of intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3&4, MPC 4, BMI > 35, Known case of DNS, Patient on antiplatelet/anticoagulants , expexted surgical duration more than 30min
