Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No current physical exercise, No previous experience of Pilates, BMI Above 25 and upto 30 (25-30),MMSE score above 26, VO2 max should be 26-29ml/kg/min for older men, VO2 max should be 28-31 ml/kg/min for older women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent history of traumatic injury Any Serious illness (Cardiac disorders, neurological, psychological disorders) H/O of drug or alcohol abuse Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus or Hypertension. (DM:180ml/dl or higher systolic blood pressure �200 mmHg or an average diastolic blood pressure �120 mmHg) Exercise induced or uncontrolled angina within 3 months , or severe dysnpnea at rest. Visual or auditory impairment not corrected with glasses or a hearing aid Any severe musculoskeletal disorders that will affect the protocol. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome will be measured at baseline, at the start of trial and after 6 weeks. To assess Body composition using Body fat analyser, to assess flexibility using sit and reach test, shoulder elevation test, to assess Cardiopulmonary endurance using 6 minute walk test Timepoint: Baseline and after 6 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome will be measured at the start of trial at baseline and after 6 weeks. To assess Muscle Strength using Modified pushup test, Squat test, to assess Muscle endurance using one minute sit to stand. Timepoint: baseline and after 6 weeks
