Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nulliparous women having regular menstrual cycles. 2.Age group between 15- 24 years. 3.Pain moderate to severe with VAS >3 4.Pain should be just prior to the date of onset of menstruation 5.Menstrual pain just relieved within 48 hours of menstruation. 6.History of painful menstruation for minimum 3 consecutive cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with irregular menstruation. 2.Patients under hormonal therapy. 3.Patients with a known case of any pelvic pathologies. 4.Known case of pregnancy or abortion 5.Patients who are not eligible for Matrabasti.
