Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female healthy subjects 2. Between age group of 19-40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any pathological condition 2. Any metabolic disorder 3. Osteoporosis 4. Any instability in the spine 5. Any Fractures 6. Foot instability 7. Any sprain and strain
