Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient will have pain in the shoulder for at least one month with sleep disturbance Age is between 35 to 45 years of age All active and passive movements were restricted with a reduction in external rotation at least 50 percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sensory symptoms or signs in the effected arm or radiating pain to the neck Patients with generalized arthritis fractures or dislocation of humerus Patients with cervical spondylosis or any evidence of referred pain
