Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL PATIENTS WITH APHAKIA BCVA GREATER OR EQUAL TO 0.77 LOGMAR ANTERIOR CHAMBER DEPTH GREATER THAN 3.2MM ENDOTHELIAL CELL DENSITY GREATER THAN 900 PER MM SQUARE IOP LESS THAN 21 MMHG APHAKIC PATIENTS WITH NO PRIMARY INTRA OCULAR PROCEDURE IN LAST 6 WEEKS PATIENTS CONSENTING FOR 3 MONTHS FOLLOW UP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No active retinal or corneal pathology and patient should not be on any other topical medications other than anti glaucoma drugs and lubricating drops Centre involving diabetic macular edema to be excluded but diabetic retinopathy patients can be included Pediatric aphakia patients BCVA less than 0.77 LogMar Patients having no follow up

The aim of our study is to find out the indications and the visual outcome of secondary IOL implantation in a tertiary eye care centre ,GunturTimepoint: pre and post op evaluation on day1, 1week,1 montha and 3 months of logmar best corrected visual acquity applanation tonometry but on day 1 by non contact tononometry gonioscopy on 3 months central macular thickness central corneal thickness central endothelial corneal density fundus examination anterior chamber depth iol malposition by optical coherence tomograpgy and sulcus by ultrasound biomicroscopy

to study the postop complications of various kinds of secondary iol implantedTimepoint: post op complications to be noted at day 1 , day 7, 1month and 3 months
