Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: height more then 150 cm weight more then 45 kg ASA grade I -III Undergoing TURP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) PT not willing to give consent. 2) ASA grade IV 3) Any deformity or local sepsis in spinal lumbar region . 4) severe hypovolemia or increased ICP 5) Any bleeding or coagulation abnormalities . 6) severe AS or MS
