Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged between 30 to 60 years irrespective of gender and religion 2. Those with the lakshanas of Amavata 3. Those who are eligible for administration of Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with uncontrolled systemic disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled major systemic disorders like, NeuroEndocrinal disorders, MI, Stroke, SLE, which interferes with the intervention 2. Those who have developed structural deformity as complication of Rheumatoid arthritis 3. Those who have hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs/ or interventions 4. Any other condition which guide think may jeopardize the study
