Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age =18-=80years 2 Patients diagnosed with gastric varices type GOV2 or IGV1 according to the Sarin classification(1) 3 Treated for primary or secondary prophylaxis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not give consent 1 Age 2 Patient with concurrent hepatorenal 3 syndrome and/or multiorgan failure 4 Pregnant or nursing female 5 Platelet count 2 • Esophageal stricture, or a known allergy to iodine
