Intervention1: Saline Mouth Rinse: after performing MIC the concentration of lab salt in gram will be dissolved in 100ml distilled water. Twice a day for 14 days Control Intervention1: nil: nil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Completely and partially edentulous participants with history of wearing old dentures and removable partial dentures more than 6months. b. Partially edentulous participants having generalized periodontitis. c. Systemically healthy patient. d. Patients with history of no habits e. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any surgical or congenital maxillary or mandibular defects b. Presence with respiratory tract diseases, tonsillitis, stomach disorders. c. Patients who are immunocompromised. d. Pregnant females. e. Patients who had taken antibiotics within 6 months before the clinical and microbial examination.
