Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who undergone primary angioplasty will be included for the analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of revascularization therapies Past history of heart failure Pre-existing ventricular dysfunction Significant primary valvular lesion CKD Past history of stroke History of malignant tumour/metastasis
