Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Depression (mild, moderate, and severe without psychotic symptoms) as per ICD-10 DCR (WHO, 1993), Recurrent depressive disorder (mild, moderate, and severe without psychotic symptoms) as per ICD-10 DCR (WHO, 1993) post March 2021. 2. Those who score 1 or more in each of the first 8 items of the Coronavirus Impact Scale. 3. Aged between 18 and 55 years of both sexes 4. Education level of 6th standard and above 5. Those who will give informed and written consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Depression (with psychotic symptoms) as per ICD-10 DCR (WHO,1993), Recurrent depressive disorder (with psychotic symptoms) as per ICD-10 DCR (WHO, 1993) post March 2021. 2. Those who score 0 in any of the first 8 items of the Coronavirus Impact Scale. 3. Those who have a history of other psychiatric illness as per ICD-10 DCR (WHO, 1993). 4. Those who have a history of neurological and physical illness. 5. Those who have education below 6th standard.
