Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga: 3 months yogic intervention will be provided to the intervention group. Control Intervention1: Standard care: Standard care with general physician will be given.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with medically unexplained physical symptoms attending the OPD. 2.Age group of 18- 60 years 3.Willing to learn yogic exercises and come for regular follow up. 4.Willing to give written consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a major/associated psychiatric disorder as recommended by physicians will be excluded.
