Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community dwelling elderly person, Age group of 65-75 years, Individuals diagnosed with OA knee, Mild to moderate OA (Grade 1 to 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person having any neurological condition, cardiorespiratory condition, Having/ had joint replacement surgery or arthroscopic surgery on the affected side of the knee, Any other surgery on lower limb within the past 6 months, Planned TKR Program, Severe OA (grade 4)
