Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
compare the efficacy of intravenous ondansetron versus ondansetron with dexamethasone to prevent hypotension and bradycardia after spinal anaesthesia.Timepoint: at 3rd, 6th,9th,12th,15th,20th,25th,30th,35th,40th,45th,50th,55th and 60th minute after spinal anaesthesia

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare incidence of nausea, vomiting, shivering, time for two segment regression of sensory block, time to rescue analgesia and adverse effect of study drugTimepoint: baseline, at 4 hours and at 24 hour
