Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Having the symptoms of TMD 2.Nursing students of age group between 17-24 yrs. 3.Class I molar relation. 4.No restorations or prosthesis. 5.Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Class II or III molar relation. 2.Students with restoration or prosthesis in last six months. 3.Students with erupting upper 3rd molar. 4.Practiced Yoga in last 3 months 5.History of taking any other add on therapy
