Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 80 years. Diabetic patients with normal Renal function test and Liver function test American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status II and III Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgeries under regional anaesthesia. Provides Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient undergoing emergency surgery. Pregnant females Patient who are unable or unwilling to give consent. Patients requiring colloids (including blood and blood products) at any stage of surgery Patients who do not fulfil inclusion criteria.
