Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 18 years 2.Histologically confirmed laryngeal cancer 3.Stage 3 and Stage 4 being treated with organ preservation protocol 4.Patients fit for chemotherapy-radiotherapy 5.Patients who had not received prior radiotherapy 6.Patients who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Malignancy other than laryngeal type 2.Neuropathy and other neuromuscular disorders 3.Patients with dysphagia prior to onset of cancer such as cerebrovascular accidents, oral and maxillofacial deformities, major Head and neck surgery 4.Patients who have received prior treatment for any other cancer
